July 20, 2022 |

In Argentina, La Arena reports the Secretary of Energy is evaluating keeping the biodiesel blend at 12.5%. For this, a working group will be created, but the measure is tied to the oil lobby.

The measure that is being studied had been implemented for 60 days and contemplated an increase from 5 to 12.5% blending due to the fuel shortage in the country during May and June. “The Secretary of Energy, in charge of Darío Martínez, will create a working group to evaluate the continuity of the cut of 12.5% of biodiesel with gasoil”, reported Econojournal.
