TotalEnergies Gaz seeks permission to buy Polską Grupą Biogazową

In Poland, Poland’s Money reports that on December 20 TotalEnergies Gaz filed for regulatory approval to purchase Polską Grupą Biogazową, a national company that focuses on the production and wholesale of electricity and heat from agricultural biogas and on the provision of services related to the renewable energy sector (including wood drying, collection of biomass and management of a biogas plant). PGB also produces energy from photovoltaic farms in addition to its 15 biogas plants.
