Finland shows interests in SAF joint ventures with Indian firms

In India, The Financial Express reported that Finland aims to jointly work with India in the sustainable aviation fuel space. “With India, Finland is also focusing on the low-carbon sustainable aviation fuel made from renewable biomass and waste resources that have the potential to deliver the performance of petroleum-based jet fuel but with a fraction of its carbon footprint, giving airlines solid footing for decoupling greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from flight, said Finnish Trade Minister Ville Skinnari. Skinnari said that both countries can build joint ventures in this field, according to the report.
