GammaBox Technology seeks to make ethanol production accessible to smaller Indian mills

In India, MicroBite is seeking to revolutionize the ethanol industry by making ethanol production economically viable for smaller sugarcane mills using its small-scale, continuous batch process. Leaning on 32 patents that are currently pending and another 9 under development, its GammaBox Technology can use both grains and molasses as feedstock, allowing for flexibility depending on feedstock price. The aim is to help smaller mills access the growing ethanol market underpinned by the 20% ethanol blending mandate that will come into effect in 2025.
