In Ukraine, Ukraine Business News reports that following a shift in management, Naftogaz has decided it will not invest in a $27.5 million CHP biofuel plant in Lviv after all. Instead, the city will direct its efforts towards a waste processing project as it doesn’t have the funds to take on the project on its own. The project was originally proposed by the former head of the state-owned company energy company, but the current management didn’t support it.
