In Washington, DTN reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production rose last week for the first time in three weeks to 926,000 bpd which helped to build stocks that were at a 3.5-year low the week prior. Stocks in both the East Coast and Midwest regions rose with national stocks at 20.270 million barrels. Even though production rose last week, it was still 9.5% below the same period last year, and four-week production averages were 102,000 bpd lower than a year ago.
