Biojet offers renewable jet fuel at $2.97 per gallon

In California, Biojet International is taking advantage of ASTM’s approval of Bio-SPK by offering 1 billion gallons of bio-SPK at $2.97 per gallon. Alternatively, the buyer may elect to index at par with petroleum jet fuel with a $3.50 cap and $2.50 floor. According to the company, this is not just an offer to sell fuel but is an attempt to help define the market and where it should go pricewise in the wake of ASTM approval.

This is a one time introductory offer made to the Commercial Aviation Industry on special pricing and terms. No deposit, take or pay contracts will be freely transferable and may be assigned or traded over the life of the contract provided that the financial capacity of the assignee is at least equal to that of the original Purchaser.
