Japan may turn to biofuels as nuclear dwindles

In Japan, the country will have more opportunities to use biofuels, especially ethanol, as nuclear plants are idled. The country already has an E3 blend supplied predominantly by Petrobras but there is potential to expand not only the blend, but the kinds of uses for ethanol such as electricity generation.
