Paradise Green Energy expands Thai napier grass plantation with eye on power

In Thailand, Paradise Green Energy plans to expand its 1,000 rai of napier grass to a 3,500 rai plantation for bioenergy feedstock production. The company, which is a joint venture of UWC, hopes to develop more plantations throughout the Khon Kaen región to supply future biomass power plants. The existing plantations will provide pellets and bars to power plants for firing.
