Gevo defeats Butamax’s injunction in appeals

In Delaware, Gevo recently won a ruling in the Butamax litigation; Butamax had filed an injunction to stop Gevo from selling its biofuels products while the patent infringement case wages on. The injunction was denied on appeal by a Federal Circuit Judge after it was originally denied earlier this year. More on the story.
