Ukraine cereal giant gets EU RED certification to supply biofuel feedstock

In Ukraine, the State Food Grain Corporation has received RED Bioenergy Sustainability Assurance certification, allowing the company to supply feedstock for biofuels production in Europe. The company’s 44 subsidiaries can store 3.5 million metric tons of cereals per year, which it now hopes will fetch a better prices thanks to compliance with biofuels sustainability criteria.
