Ethanol jumps as corn rises to 13 month high

In Illinois, ethanol rose as warm, dry weather predictions made corn prices soar 9.5 percent to $5.54 a bushel. The jump was the largest posted in 13 months. According to data compiled by Bloomberg, producers are losing 8 cents per gallon of ethanol made. More on this story.
