In Hawaii, Pacific Biodiesel says the B20 it retails at the Hobron fueling station in Kahului is the cheapest diesel in the state at $3.79 per gallon. B100 is retailing at the station for $4.53 per gallon. The falling price for B20 is attributed to falling petroleum prices.
