Two biodiesel plants open in Brazil using fish waste for feedstock

In Brazil, two biodiesel production facilities using tilapia fish waste as feedstock have opened in Jaguaribara and Morada. Combined, the facilities will produce 8,000 liters of biodiesel per day, helping to reduce negative environmental impacts of fish production in the area and adding value to production, especially to small fish farmers.
