TWA to build new biodiesel plant

In the Philippines, TWA Inc. is planning a new 30 million liter biodiesel plant in Visayas at a cost of $900,000. The company already has a 30 million liter plant in in Sasa, Davao City. Both use coconut oil as feedstock. TWA offers a B5 blend at its Flying V gas station in Philcoa, Quezon City.
