Terra Biodiesel sells Missouri biodiesel plant to undisclosed buyer for undisclosed amount

In California, Terra Biodiesel Holding, LLC closed the sale of its biodiesel plant located in St. Joseph, Missouri to an undisclosed strategic buyer. Ocean Park Advisors acted as exclusive advisor to the seller. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The assets include a biodiesel refinery situated on an approximately 13-acre parcel of land. The sale also includes a license agreement for certain production technologies. The facility was opened in 2008 to produce 15 million gallons per year of biodiesel using multi-feedstocks from UCO to virgin oils like soy.
