September 12, 2017 |

In North Carolina, the ribbon cutting for the Selma ethanol transportation project developed by Archer Daniel Midland and Kinder Morgan’s joint venture with a local feed company will be held September 26. The train-to-pipeline project combines a rail facility that will allow a 96-car train to unload ethanol in a 24-hour period while a 2.6km pipeline will feed into the terminal network in Selma. The project was first announced in 2015 and was expected to be commissioned by the end of 2016.
