One of the most widely-circulated policy stories focused on reaction to the announcement by the EPA last December to delay its decision on E15 until summer 2010. Though EPA indicated that it was likely to approve E15 in some form based on early vehicle testing, industry reaction was notable for grumbling over what some believed to be foot-dragging in dealing with the E10 ethanol “blend wall”.
