Biofuels Digest Index jumps to new four-month high

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, jumped 0.68 percent to a new four-month high of 68.51.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 0.30 percent to $32.85, while in the oil sector BP fell 0.23 percent to $38.59. Among other equities, PetroAlgae (PALG.OB) fell 14.75 percent to $10.23. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
