Vietnam attracts a third foreign investment in biofuels

In Vietnam, coastal Ninh Thuan Province will be the third site in the country to receive foreign direct investment for ethanol production. The majority Thai owned Phuoc Nam Industrial Park is set to begin construction in 2011 and be operational by the end of 2012.
