Pakistan, EU dicker over duty-free ethanol levels

In Pakistan, the EU has reduced its trade offer on duty-free ethanol access to 80,000 metric tons from an original proposal of 100,000 tons. An EU spokesman said that they didn’t expect the reduction in market access to “lower considerably the expected benefits for Pakistan’s flood-stricken economy.”
