Biofuels Digest Index reaches 28-month high of 77.80

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.53 percent to a 28-month high of 77.80. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 0.79 percent to $30.15, while Biofuel Energy (BIOF) jumped 17.99 percent to $1.64.  Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) soared 5.72 percent to $22.73. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
