Biolamp street lighting concept extracts CO2 for algal biofuels

In Hungary, designer Peter Horvath unveiled his algae-biofuel-based Biolamp concept, a system that would provide light, and extract atmospheric CO2 via city street lamps, cultivate algae, and pipe the algae to an extraction plant for processing into fuel.
