Batchelder Biodiesel Refineries readies for launch after EPA report

In New Hampshire, Batchelder Biodiesel Refineries is preparing to send the EPA its emissions report for the proposed used cooking oil-based biodiesel operation it wants to install in Millyard within the next 30 days. The small company—who had suffered from bad press in the local newspaper assuming the project was dead—took some time to raise the $10,000 required for professional engineers to sign off on the report. As soon as they get the EPA approval, they’ll begin operations.
