Tidewater Biodiesel to build plant in Virginia

In Virginia, Tidewater Biodiesel plans to build a 10 million-gallon-per-year facility where it will produce fuel from recycled cooking oil. The project, that plans to come online by 2012, has recently received local planning commission approval and is now waiting on Chesapeake’s city council for the final OK.
