31 biofuels projects advancing in Mozambique

In Mozambique, 31 biofuel projects have applied for government approval covering a total of 323,983 ha. The country recently approved an E10 and a B3 blending program as part of its first implementation phase, with higher blends planned through 2025. It is also undergoing a sustainability criteria planning process that includes mapping out potential areas for agricultural development including biofuels.
