Biofuels DIgest Index slips to 86.21 despite ethanol recovery

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, slipped 0.22 percent to 86.21, despite an ethanol recovery. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 2.20 percent to $30.17, while Gevo dropped 2.04 percent to $15.86. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) soared 18.11 percent to $1.50. Declines led advances 5 to 3 for the day.
