On the Move in Biofuels: KIOR

In Texas, KiOR announced that former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has agreed to join KiOR’s board of directors, starting July 2011. She served as United States Secretary of State from January 2005 to 2009 after serving as the Chief National Security Advisor to the President beginning in 2001. Secretary Rice is currently professor of political economy in the Stanford Graduate School of Business, senior fellow of public policy at the Hoover Institution, and professor of political science at Stanford University.
