Biofuels Digest Index rallies to 89.02 on ethanol advance

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rallied 0.39 percent to 89.02 as ethanol stocks recovered. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 1.37 percent to $30.30, while Amyris (AMRS) advanced 2.62 percent to $26.6q. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) jumped 4.21 percent to $0.99 . Overall, advances led declines 6 to 5 for the day.
