HDSI acquires algal biofuels technologies from Hillwinds Ocean Energy

In Rhode Island, HDS International has acquired an exclusive license for integrated carbon capture, carbon sequestration and industrial algae-for-biofuels technologies from Hillwinds Ocean Energy.

HDS also announced that Tassos D. Recachinas has been appointed the President, CEO, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer and a Director of the Company, and Mark Simon, HDS’s sole officer and director prior to this agreement has resigned from all positions in the company.

Lastly HDS has reached a financing agreement with certain accredited investors, providing for, among other things, immediately available funding in the amount of a $500,000 promissory note, convertible to shares of common stock at HDS’s sole discretion.
