Philippines OK new ethanol project

In the Philippines, the Cagayan De Oro City Council has given the OK for Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation to build an ethanol blending facility in Barangay Puntod.

Approval from the city was one of the last steps of approvals required by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
