The new bio-cycled coffee cup

In Portugal, Joana Carvalho has developed a biodegradable, biopolymer coffee cup, saucer  and spoon set.  The cup is on a plastic model kit “tree”, so that it can be made in one single injection mold, and stacks.  The kit includes coffee beans, so you can bury your used coffee cup kit, effectively composting the cup and starting your own coffee tree.
