Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 73.52 on large-cap rally

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.91 percent to 73.52 as crop sciences led a continued rally in the Index. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) soared 4.21 percent to $28.94, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) jumped 13.33 percent to $0.34. Among other equities, Dupont (DD) gained 4.4 percent to $46.09. Overall, advances led declines 5 to 3 for the day.
