Pakistan turns to Brazil and biofuels in light of energy crisis

In Pakistan, interest in developing the renewable sector has risen due to the recent energy crisis. During a visit, Brazilian Ambassador Alfredo Leoni indicated that Brazil intends to invest in the ethanol and biofuel sectors to facilitate trade between the two countries. Manure from livestock could be used to generate upwards of 16.3 million cubic meters of biomes per day, estimates a study produced by the University of Agricutlure, Faisalabad; a promising number for Brazil.
