Altgen narrows to two TN towns for $35M biofuels investment

In Tennessee, Altgen is in the process of negotiating with two cities in Hardeman county – Middleton and Bolivar – to invest as much as $35 million in each city.

According to the article, Altgen reports that they are still deciding whether to build a scrap tire to biodiesel plant, a waste to electricity plant or both.  Altgen CEO, Kevin Hillsman, is quoted as stating that Altgen hopes for “a major announcement” next year.
