Aventine, Green Plains settle dispute

In Delaware, Aventine was awarded the right from a state bankruptcy court to settle an adversary suit that sought $48 million from Green Plains Renewable Energy. GPRE will pay Aventine nearly $3 million and purchase 20 million gallons of ethanol beginning in May. The suit was launched in April 2011.
