Whitefox to appeal Tate & Lyle Supreme Court win.

In New York state, Whitefox Technologies Limited have announced they will appeal a jury decision made against them in the New York State Supreme Court. Whitefox and Tate & Lyle had sued each other over a contract dispute on membrane technology used in US plants. CEO Gillian Harrison said:  “We are very surprised and disappointed at this verdict, and we will be pursing an appeal.  We have done absolutely nothing wrong and we have complete faith in our technology which is being used successfully by our customers.”
