Pakistan supplying cheaper ethanol to state-owned oil company.

In Pakistan, the state-owned oil company plans to buy 1.1 million liters of ethanol for the second half of 2012 for use in its E10 blend. In a domestic tender that closed on July 9, the lowest offer was 76 cents per liter, compared to nearly 80 cents paid for a similar volume for the first half of the year.
