At least 10 new coconut-biodiesel plants needed by 2024.

In the Philippines, the government expects that it will need another coconut-based biodiesel plant by 2019 in order to fulfill the B5 blend while another 10 plants will be needed by 2024 in order to meet the demand for B10. Reaching B20 would require another 29 plants by 2030.
