Bristol (TN) to get ethanol plant but on other side of the border

In Tennessee, the City of Bristol is taking advantage of the fact that the City of Bristol in Virginia—its neighbor just on the other side of the state line—was not interested in hosting Dynamic Recycling’s proposed ethanol plant and are instead looking at potential locations within its own city limits for the facility. The Virginia side is mostly residential but the Tennessee side is mostly industrial.
