New tax breaks to promote biofuel infrastructure and production.

In Florida, state legislation approved in April gives $1 million in tax refunds per year through mid-2016 for building infrastructure that will transport E5-E100, B5-B100 and other biomass-based fuels. Tax credits were also approved for up to $10 million against 75% of all capital, operation, maintenance and research and development costs incurred between July 1, 2012, and June 30, 2016, in connection with an investment in production, storage and distribution of B10-B100, E10-E100 and other renewable fuels
