USDA expands BCAP in North Carolina with Repreve and Chemtex

In North Carolina, the USDA has expanded their Biomass Crop Assistance Program with plans to invest $4 million in annual payments to miscanthus and switchgrass farmers. The project area will encompass 11 counties, and is partnering with Repreve Renewables and Chemtex.
