Footpring biodiesel must await appeal process to re-site its facility

In California, Arcata’s planning commission who recently approved the re-siting of the Footprint biodiesel plant must now re-visit the issue because of an appeal filed by a local mobile home park who are concerned about noise and odors coming from the planned facility.
