BLE clarifies proof of sustainability

In Germany, the Institute for Agriculture and Nutrition (BLE) has developed a new regulation regarding the internal marketing of biofuels without sustainability certification under the mass balance system, but will only be applied to biofuels that are unloaded. Those that aren’t unloaded won’t be able to become “sustainable” via the new regulation.
