Allegations lobbed at ethanol producers for dirty trade

In Pakistan, ethanol producers are allegedly importing molasses at a discount, have had an 15% export tariff slapped on molasses and are earning high returns exports of ethanol at nearly 50% over the price reported to local tax authorities.
