USDA to re-start reporting on soy for biodiesel

In Washington, the USDA is going to begin analyzing the production of soy-based biodiesel beginning in November after having stopped for six months due to budget cuts. This time it will use data from the DOE. The analysis will be included in part of its standard monthly crops report.
