Diester Industrie partner looking to reduce exposure in biodiesel

In France, the private equity investor whose joint venture with Bunge called Diester Industrie International produces biodiesel in Austria, Belgium, Germany and Italy is looking to reduce its exposure to European biodiesel. Talks are ongoing with Bunge regarding the current terms of the JV, who has 1 million metric tons of production capacity.
