Enerkem remains committeed to Pontotoc plant

In Mississippi, Canada-based Enerkem spokeswoman Annie Pare confirmed that the company remains committed to their Pontotoc plant, despite not having begun construction four years after announcement of plans. The $100m project, with a $150m expansion to follow, is still in the design stage, with construction expected to begin by the latter half of 2013. Construction will take 18 months.
