Biofuels Digest Index plummets to 66.36 as US broad indices fall

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, plummeted 4.63 percent to 66.36 as broad market indices slumped.  For the day, ADM lost 4.43 percent to $31.52, while BP shed 1.96 percent to $40.96. Among other equities, KiOR (KIOR) plunged 12.58 percent to $3.98. Overall, declines led advances 12 to 1 for the day.
