Brunette Machinery Company, Murray Latta Progressive Machine partner to acquire Brunette Industries
In Canada, Brunette Machinery Company announced a partnership with Murray Latta Progressive Machine to purchase the assets of Brunette Industries Ltd, Brunette Industries Ltd, Brunette Industries Inc., and BDR Machinery Ltd. All branches will now operate under the new company name Brunette Machinery Company Inc.
“This move strengthens Brunette’s position as a market leader in the design, development, and distribution of high quality wood processing machinery (chippers, hogs, debarkers, butt reducers, conveyors, log singulators, and inventory of specialty parts),” commented BMC president Kirk Forbes.
The company will now have access to MLPM’s 60,000 SF manufacturing facility, expertise, and equipment which will help Brunette increase manufacturing capabilities, and enable expanded focus on product development, and customer service.
